My thoughts on human health (part 1)

Sometimes, we, human beings are arrogant. In other words, our brains are arrogant.
Brain is just one of the organs of our body. Of course, the development of our brains is outstanding compared with all other creatures, but still, it's substance which is fragile with some impact.

We have consciousness. That consciousness is probably a section of our brain. Consciousness can think or decide something, and therefore we, consciousness, believe that "we" are the main control center of our body. "We" can subordinate our body anytime!!... but I found it to be wrong, through the experience of my recovering from unknown malaise, a sort of depression.
